The future of Ulster Bank is to be decided this morning.
It's parent company, Royal Bank of Scotland, is expected to announce that most of the bank's loans will be transferred into an internal bad bank.
It's understood the move will have little impact on customers.
This latest review of Ulster Bank has been undertaken as part of a wider restructuring of R-B-S.
