The building of the National Children's Hospital has suffered another setback.
The construction of the facility at the St James Hospital site has been delayed by several months.
A design team which was due to be appointed this month won't take place until June.
It means that the planning application will also be put back from this autumn until next spring.
A spokesperson for the development board says that the project is behind schedule because the finances of all bids are being carefully examined.
