The funeral of murder victim Tony Dempsey is taking place this afternoon.
The 28 year old was found dead in an apartment on Coleraine Road and it's believed he was beaten to death.
His family and friends have gathered to pay their respects with balloons in St Bernadette's Church in Crumlin this afternoon.
Celebrant Fr Brian Lawless paid this tribute to Tony.
"We thank god for Tony's life, for all he was to each one of you who knew and loved him."
"We pray now that he may be at peace, that that same peace may be in your hearts."
"That his memory may stay with you always, to be a source of inspiration and a source of encouragement to you."
