The passage between Dame Street and Trinity College was pedestrianised today for 'Summer Sunday'.
Thousands of people flocked to the area, which remained traffic-free for one day only between 12-4pm.
There were plenty of activities on offer including an antique carousel, circus skills workshops, face painting and lots of outdoor furniture for people to relax and take in the sunshine.
