A former delivery man who said he got involved in a €3m drugs operation to "put food on the table" has been jailed for 12 years.
Aaron Dunne of Mount Eustace, Tyrellstown was caught moving large quantities of cannabis across Dublin on various dates in 2011 and 2012.
A surveillance operation was launched after the multi-million euro haul arrived at Dublin Port hidden inside a consignment of meat.
The 39-year-old told Gardai he agreed to store and move the drugs because he was out of work and had credit card, loans and a wedding to pay off.
