Anglo Irish Bank's former Company Secretary and Head of Compliance has appeared in court charged with revenue offences.
Bernard Daly from Collins Avenue West in Whitehall appeared before Dublin District Court this afternoon.
The 65-year-old is accused of hiding a bank account from the taxman and producing incorrect documentation.
He has been granted bail and is due to appear in court again in February.
