A number of people have been hospitalised after a crash between a bus and an ambulance in the city centre.
The route in the north inner city remains blocked.
This crash, involving an ambulance and a double decker Dublin bus, happened on Dorset Street at around 9.30 this morning.
Gardaí and emergency services remain at the scene and say five people have been taken to the Mater Hospital.
However their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
It happened at the junction with Granby Row near the Rotunda Hospital, with reports all directions are blocked.
Diversions are in place.
A garda spokesperson says: "Gardaí and emergency services are currently attending a traffic collision involving a bus and an ambulance that occurred on Dorset Street, Dublin 1 at approximately 9:30am today, Tuesday, 27th of May 2025.
"Five people have been conveyed to the Mater Misericordiae Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries sustained as a result of this incident.
"The road remains closed with diversions in place at this time."
