Dublin Councillor says government is blaming Europe for its decisions

Irish people feel short changed by Europe because "the national politicians are blaming Europe for everything in some of their decisions."

That's according to Dublin Councillor Mary Fitzpatrick, speaking at the Fianna Fail Ard Fheis.
