Qatar's again denying corruption allegations made by the Sunday Times about how it won the bid to host the 2022 World Cup.
The newspaper claims e-mails show former FIFA vice-president Mohamed bin Hammam, already banned from football for life, was working for the Qatari bid.
Qatar denies that - and says it did nothing wrong.
The paper also claims an advisor to FIFA executive committee member Worawi Makudi met senior Qatari officials before the vote.
