Fifa is at the centre of fresh corruption allegations.
The Sunday Times claims it has obtained leaked documents which allegedly proves former vice-president Mohamed Bin Hammam paid football officials to secure Qatar the 2022 World Cup.
The Gulf state's organising committee has denied links with Bin Hammam.
