The entire board of the Central Remedial Clinic has resigned.
It follows a string of revelations about how the clinic has been using money given to it by the public.
Donations have apparently been paid into a pension fund, and used to to-up staff pay.
Fundraising Ireland says there's been a 40% drop in the number of donations being made to charities since the news broke.
