The man accused of murdering childcare worker Elaine O'Hara is due back in court today.
Graham Dwyer of Kerrymount Close of Foxrock was charged last September with killing the 36 year old in August 2012.
Last month a judge remanded the 41 year old in custody to give the DPP time to prepare the book of evidence.
It's not yet known if this will be served today, as prosecutors indicated the massive file may not be ready in time for his appearance before Cloverhill District Court this morning.
