An iconic Dublin hotel has been put on the market for €22 million.
The 67-bed Buswells Hotel sits across the road from Leinster House, on the corner of Molesworth Street and Kildare Street.
It's popular among tourists but also politicians and journalists, given it's proximity to the Dáil.
Formerly owned by businessman Sean Quinn, liquidators for the IBRC are selling the hotel.
The building has operated as a hotel since the 19th century.
Tom Barrett is Head of Hotels & Leisure at Savills;
“Buswells is in the best Dublin location. Prime, but discreet and at the centre of everything an upscale hotel guest requires."
