A Dublin restaurant says the city is out of control after it's window was smashed and till robbed.
La Gordita on Montague Street says it's team is safe but staff have been regularly abused in recent weeks.
The Spanish restaurant only opened its doors last year.
Our city is simply out of control 🤬 it’s all we hear & then arrive to this, this morning. Till drawer gone - smash & grab & we’re not permitted to put shutters on the outside of our premises?🤬 Our team is safe BUT not after regular abuse in recent weeks. It comes after another restaurant, Bootleg on Drury Street, was broken into last week.
The disco lounge had its cash register, some of its wine stock and staff tips taken.
