Almost €1 billion worth of residential property will have been sold in Dublin this year.
There have been more than 1,970 multi-family and private rented sector units sold in the county in 2020 for a total of €854 million.
The Irish Times reports the largest residential investment transaction of the year was the forward sale of 368 apartments in Dún Laoghaire.
While prospects for 2021 are also positive, with a number of significant sales likely early in the new year.
