The latest property survey shows asking prices in Dublin are continuing to rise, while they're beginning to stabilise elsewhere.
House prices in Dublin rose by 11 per cent in 2013.
Daft.ie found that commuter areas experienced a 1 per cent drop in prices in counties such as Meath, Kildare and Wicklow.
Other large cities saw a greater decrease, there was a 4 per cent drop in Galway, 6 per cent in Cork and 12 per cent in Limerick.
