A former Dublin office complex has been turned into social housing as part of a €26 million project.
Housing association Tuath bought the two blocks at the Park West business park in Cherry Orchard, securing funding to convert the offices into public housing.
The buildings had failed to secure tenants leading to plans to turn them into apartments in 2018 before the charity stepped in.
The 86 one and two-bed units will become home to more than 200 people next month according to the Irish Times.
Tuath is also in the process of creating 35 social homes in Cork, converting another set of offices at Springville House.
