One of the biggest challenges facing Dublin businesses is housing supply.
That's the view of Dublin Chamber, who is warning that the business sector cannot grow - or retain talented people - if there is nowhere in the city for them to live.
It says the swift and timely implementation of plans to upgrade the city’s energy grid, water supply and public transport network are crucial.
The Chamber says more must be done to support entrepreneurs - calling on government to introduce a 20% rate of Capital Gains Tax for investment in domestic firms.
President of the Chamber Stephen O'Leary, says Dublin is resilient, but urgently needs more affordable housing.
