Two Dublin men are going to be sent to the Netherlands where they're wanted in connection with the death of a man in Amsterdam.
The body of Keith Ennis from Walkinstown was dumped in a canal almost five years ago.
Keith Ennis, a well known Dublin criminal, fled to the Netherlands after Gardai charged him with gun and drug offences.
His body parts were found stuffed in a suitcase and dumped in one of Amsterdam's canals in March 2009.
Kenneth Brunell from Palmerstown and Barry McArdle from Drimnagh have been in custody here since they were arrested on foot of extradition warrants.
They're wanted to face trial for Mr. Ennis's death.
Philip County from Lucan was surrendered to the Dutch authorities in April 2011 and the two others are now set to join him.
Today, Mr. Justice John Edwards indicated his intention to surrender the pair but said his written judgement wasn't quite ready.
It is extensive and runs into over 100 pages, he said but will fully explain how he came to his decision when it's made available in two days time.
