At least two fire engines and nine firefighters are still battling a blaze at a vacant building in Cabra.
The 'well developed' flames were first reported on Fassaugh Avenue last night.
Four engines with a turntable ladder fought the fire from above with Dublin City Council providing extra water.
Traffic restrictions remain in place.
