A number of Dublin city councillors have opposed plans by An Post for a 1916 exhibition at the GPO.
Current proposals involve a visitor centre being built on a courtyard behind the post office which isn't currently accessible - leaving local reps frustrated.
The Moore Street Advisory Committee wants the GPO's Main Hall to be included in the centenary commemoration in 2016.
