Dublin City Council, Dublin Town and city officials have partnered with actor Colm Meaney for the city's re-opening.
It'll be "Easing like Sunday Morning" as more retail and then hospitality businesses open between Monday and the end of the month.
This marks the beginning of the government's Phase 2 in re-opening Ireland.
More details on that are available here.
However limits will be in place on the number of visitors allowed into shops.
Also, other health guidelines will be in place too, expect more rigorous cleaning schedules, perspex screens on tills and staff may wear personal protective equipment.
DublinTown has put together a tool kit business mangers can download to help with getting to grips with the new normal.
Meaney: Please Be Patient
The Gangs of London and The Snapper actor has urged people to be patient.
He has echoed calls from city officials, who say public transport capacity will remain limited.
Social distancing measures mean trams, trains and buses can only carry a fraction of their ordinary load.
Colm Meaney says those seats should be left for essential workers:
"If you do need to come into Dublin City, make sure to plan your journey."
"Transport will continue to be limited, so try to walk or cycle."
"Our front line workers are still doing their best to take care of us."
"Leave the seat on the bus, train or tram for them."
NTA Boss: Schedules Will Be Back To Normal
Anne Graham, CEO of the National Transport Authority says capacity on transport services is just over a fifth.
While services are going to become more frequent, that means it'll take five buses to carry the load one could have served pre-Covid.
Anne Graham has asked the public to leave peak-time space for those who absolutely need it.
“While there is some increase in services planned, social distancing requirements mean that overall capacity remains restricted to just over 20% of pre-covid levels."
"This means that public transport should only be used by essential workers or for other people making essential journeys."
"In particular, only those who absolutely have to travel at peak times on public transport, should do so."
"We are strongly encouraging people where possible, to travel to their destinations on foot or on a bike."
Lord Mayor: A Return To "Some Level" Of Normal
Dublin City Council have installed public toilets around the city, as well as cycling infrastructure.
Lord Mayor Tom Brabazon says the city re-opening is welcome after "a long, hard few months."
He has asked consumers to be patient with businesses in the early days though:
“Please remember that we are easing open."
"For the next while the city will feel like it used to do on a Sunday morning."
"Today we take the first steps to re-opening Dublin, today is a good day.”
