Some of Ireland's brightest business minds will gather in Dublin Castle later to reveal the Final Eight for the National Enterprise Awards.
The awards celebrate the best of Irish start-ups and the finalists will include companies in the areas of food, engineering, technology, hospitality and tourism.
One of the first winners of the awards, Diarmuid O'Sullivan - who won with Irish Yogurts in 1998 - will be on hand to support this year's contestants.
Chairperson of the national committee, Rita Guinan, says the awards have gone from strength to strength.
