Cocaine and heroin worth €1.6m has been seized, after Gardai stopped a car in Kilinarden.
Most of the drugs were found during follow-up searches in Ashbourne and Ratoath yesterday.
The driver, a 24-year-old, has been arrested and taken to Tallaght Garda Station.
He is being held on suspicion of possession of controlled drugs.
Gardai also seized other drug related paraphernalia during yesterday's searches.
In separate searches in Dublin 4 yesterday, €700,000 in cash and a number of gold bars were seized.
A 43 year old Dutch man has been arrested on suspicion of money laundering.
Assistant Commissioner John O’Driscoll, head of Special Crime Operations, said the busts represent "significant success achieved in tackling organised crime".
He promised Gardai will continue to work to "dismantle those organised crime groups that are causing harm within our communities".
