Building of the proposed new National Children's hospital could be delayed again.
Its due to a sewer running under the site.
According to the Irish Times a sewer serving Drimnagh and the south west of Dublin runs directly under the proposed new hospital.
And due to the size of the facility near St. James the pipe may have to be rerouted.
Its expected to cost 18 million euro to move the system.
Its another set back to the project which was originally promised for 2016 but is likely to be completed three years late.
