A number of dogs had to be rescued from a rescue shelter in Dublin yesterday evening after it went on fire.
The Dublin fire brigade says the blaze in Finglas was prevented from spreading to the entire shelter.
No dogs were harmed during the incident, with one firefighter even adopting one of the puppies.
