The tipple, produced in County Kerry, took the top prize at the World Gin Awards in London.

The company says it's incredibly proud to represent Ireland as a leading producer of gin.

12 new gin brands were launched in Ireland in 2018, according to the Alcohol Beverage Federation of Ireland.
When Dingle Gin launched in 2012, it was one of only 2 gins being produced in Ireland.
Local botanicals including rowanberry from the mountain ash trees, fuchsia, bog myrtle, hawthorn and heather are used to give it its unique flavour.
