October 13th has been set for the hearing of a legal action aimed at seizing a Dublin mansion believed to be in the hands of the Kinahan cartel.
The Criminal Assets Bureau claim it was handed over to the organised crime group by jailed businessman Jim Mansfield Junior to pay off a multi-million-euro debt.
CAB has already served papers on Daniel Kinahan and the man who ran the cartel's UK operations, Thomas 'Bomber' Kavanagh.
At a brief hearing today, the High Court was told neither of them have engaged with the proceedings so far and the state doesn't expect them to attend in October.
