A man in his 30's is in a serious condition following a collision on the N81/Tallaght Bypass in Dublin.
A cyclist was hit by a car at the Fortunestown Junction.
He was taken to Tallaght Hospital where he is in a serious condition.
The N81/Tallaght Bypass is closed to traffic in both directions at the N82/Citywest Rd.
Gardai have arrested a man following the collision and are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
