The Director of Croke Park has conceded that five concerts in a row is a big ask for residents living near the stadium.
Garth Brooks has sold out five nights in July but locals had only agreed to three concerts being promoted in the stadium this year.
Gardai have confirmed that the Garda Commissioners office received a complaint from the Croke park street committee last Tuesday in relation to a number of upcoming events at the stadium.
Gardai say they're carefully examining that complaint.
Dublin City Council has yet to grant a license allowing the five sell out nights of Garth Brooks to go ahead.
Speaking on Today FM's Championship Sunday, Croke Park Stadium Director Peter McKenna says he's optimistic that a resolution can be reached with residents.
