The Department of Health is reporting 2,125 cases of Covid-19 today.
As of 8 O'Clock this morning, 259 patients are in hospital with the virus.
While there 54 people currently in ICU
The number of newly confirmed #COVID19 cases in hospital in the last 24 hours has reached a level not seen since mid-February.

Meanwhile the head of the HSE says they won't leave anyone behind in the final stages of the Covid-19 vaccination rollout.
Walk-in centres are operating in 19 areas today - and Paul Reid says it's never too late to get the jab.
People can turn up without an appointment to receive either the first or second dose of a Pfizer or Moderna vaccine.
Damian McCallion, the HSE's national lead for the vaccination rollout, says they've targeted the clinics at certain areas:
"We've tried to link the centres this weekend as much as possible to areas where there is high prevalence of the disease."
Counties like Donegal and Monaghan were mentioned, as cases soar in these areas.
