A book of evidence is due to be served today on a man accused of murdering his partner's son at an apartment on the Malahide Road.

Following a Garda investigation, the DPP recently decided to charge Dave Mahon with Dean's murder.
Mr. Mahon is a partner of Dean's mother Audrey and the couple live together in Spain.
The 43-year-old handed himself into Gardai after flying back to Ireland in March to face the charge.
