Dublin residents won't see any major funding benefit to the property tax.
That's according to the Dublin city manager.
Owen Keegan is suggesting that ringfencing 80 percent of local authority funds next year, won't boost council coffers.
If this is the case, it will mean that the council won't be in a position to reduce the property tax.
