Major concerns have been raised about an apartment complex in Dublin.
It's after building defects were uncovered following the recent spell of bad weather.
The defects have been discovered at the Gallery Quay apartments on Grand Canal Dock.
Residents have complained that water ingress around the windows has resulted in water getting into some apartments causing extreme dampness.
Experts have admitted that up to 60 apartments were not built to an acceptable standard and have deteriorated over the last 2 months.
The Tuath Housing Organisation which owns social apartments in the building has called on the government to intervene.
Residents met with the Housing Minister Jan O'Sullivan last week and further meetings are set to take place.
