Comedian and Actor Rik Mayall has died.
It has confirmed been confirmed by his management that the 56 year old passed away this morning.
He was best known for his comedy partnership with Adrian Edmondson, and appeared in numerous sitcoms including 'The Young Ones', 'Blackadder', 'The New Statesman' and 'Bottom' and comedy films, 'Drop Dead Fred' and 'Guest House Paradiso'.
