Dublin clampers have been set a target to clamp 60 thousand cars a year.
According to the Irish Times, Dublin City Council has threatened to pay less for the service if the quota isn't met.
In a letter to staff at Dublin Street Parking Services, if 60 thousand cars are clamped this year and next, workers will get a 2000 euro bonus each.
If the overall target isn't reached, individuals who clamp over 2,800 cars will get a personal bonus.
The target for towing is 1467 removals.
Staff would also be able to finish early if they clamp or tow a certain amount of vehicles.
