Clampers claim they'll still enforce proper parking - even if they go on strike.

A vote taken by SIPTU workers at Dublin Street Parking Services yesterday showed they're willing to take industrial action over an outstanding pay rise - but they haven't decided yet what they'll do.

They're apparently still open to talks with management.

Meanwhile, the High Court will decide tomorrow if a strike can go ahead at the country's main airports on Paddy's weekend.

Union workers are planning to down tools for 4 hours on Friday in a row over pensions.

93 flights will be affected but Ryanair's lawyers say Siptu can't decide to 'blow everyone up and to hell with the consequences'.
