It's being claimed that staff at St. Vincent's Hospital deliberately and fraudulently charged private health insurers for free cancer drugs.
A consultant at the hospital says he's dis-associating himself with the hospital group and foundation.
Professor John Crown - who's also a member of the Seanad- says the board no longer enjoys his confidence.
He also says he has documents which he's willing to discuss with the Health Minister:
