Christmas trading on Henry Street and Mary Street has been cancelled this year.
Street traders have been told by Dublin City Council that traditional trading won't go ahead due to Covid-19 restrictions and in order to protect the health and safety of the sellers, and the general public.

Dublin City Council says: "Christmas traders are a huge part of the festive season in Dublin and we realise that many people will be disappointed. We are too, but safety must come first.
"We would like to wish all our traders a happy and safe Christmas and look forward to seeing all our Christmas traders back on Henry Street and Mary Street in 2021.
