Children's Health Ireland has published internal and external reviews into spinal surgeries at Temple Street Hospital.
A review by a team from Boston Children's Hospital says if complex surgeries are to continue at Temple Street, resources need to be available.
It says alternatively CHI may want to consider offering some or all of the surgeries at another facility.
The review says leadership should be proactive in addressing any and all concerns whether raised by clinical or other staff, families, regulators or others.
