Chelsea Clinton spoke to an all-female audience at UCD in Dublin yesterday.
The daughter of former US President Bill Clinton's visit to the Clinton Institute was low-key.
The Institute which was set up in 2003 specialises in American Studies.
She was the host of 'no ceilings: The full participation Project', a project working to advance progress for women and girls in education.
She told the audience that 'gender quotas are yet to pay off'.
