Well known publican Charlie Chawke is to again look for permission for a major housing development in South Dublin.
An Bord Pleanala refused permission for the scheme in Goatstown, that comprised of almost 300 apartments, in June.
Mr Chawke says he will try to get a nicer, agreeable plan for the area, according to the Irish Times.
Locals had objected to the application that included four apartment blocks, ranging in height from five to eight storeys.
Local councillor Peter O'Brien says any new scheme needs to be in keeping with the area;
"The problem was previously it was over densified, the number of storeys for that area was just not suitable"
