Changes to city centre traffic-flow will come into operation this evening.
Two right turning lanes from St. Stephens Green East to Merrion Row will become operational.
They'll give access to the Northside via Merrion St Upper and access to the N11 via Baggot St.
The works are to facilitate the LUAS Cross City works.
