A man has been arrested after €68,000 in cash, and 74,000 cigarettes were seized after two houses in Dublin 7 were searched.
141 kilos of roll your own tobacco was also discovered by gardai, Revenue officers, and detector dog Bill in the operation yesterday.
The cigarettes have an estimated retail value of €155,000.
A man in his 50s was questioned and investigations are ongoing.

A Revenue spokesperson says: "Yesterday, as part of an intelligence led operation, Revenue officers with the assistance of detector dog Bill and supported by An Garda Síochána, seized approximately 141kgs of ‘roll your own’ tobacco, over 74,000 cigarettes and cash totalling €68,000, following the search under warrant of two residential premises in the Dublin 7 area.
"The cigarettes and tobacco seized, of various brands, had a retail value of more than €155,000, representing a potential loss to the Exchequer of approximately €121,000.
"A man in his 50s was questioned and investigations are ongoing."
