Ireland may be saying goodbye to the 'Bord Gais' name.
The government's confirmed that the Bord Gais Networks business will be renamed once the energy business has been sold next year.
The networks company will be renamed 'Gas Networks Ireland', and will then be a sister company of Irish Water inside a new group called 'Ervia'.
The Bord Gais energy business is being bought by a British-owned consortium which could also choose to rename that business.
The Bord Gais Energy Theatre says its name won't be changing.
