A body has been recovered from Lough Ree.
Divers from the Boyne River Rescue Group located the remains at around half past two this afternoon.
They'd been searching for an angler, Daryl Burke, who'd been missing since March 20th.
He was aboard a small fishing boat with two other men, when it capsized, killing David Warnock.
Another man, John Trimble, was rescued from the lake and is recovering.
The body taken from Lough Ree today was removed to UCHG, where a post mortem and formal identification will be carried out.
