A Dublin Hospital has restricted its visiting hours due to a rise in the number of cases of flu.
Beaumont Hospital has prohibited children into the hospital.
Management have also said that essential visiting may only take place between 6pm and 8pm and only one visitor is allowed per patient, additional visitors will not be permitted into the hospital.
