It's been confirmed that the banking inquiry will get underway next week.
The Cabinet has confirmed this lunchtime that Labour's Ciaran Lynch will head it up.
He has said its priority must be to establish exactly what happened that led to the collapse of the banks.
He wouldn't be drawn on what individuals should appear - but Deputy Lynch doesn't think those invited would need to be compelled:
