It's claimed kids in Ballyfermot are being woken up by late night bin collections.
Greyhound Recycling has reportedly apologised for the disruption but is blaming the problem on new by-laws.
The rules which came into force earlier this month restrict waste companies to collecting rubbish on certain days of the week.
