A man's been arrested after a bank raid in Donnybrook.
It's understood Gardai are still on the hunt for a second suspect.
The alarm was raised after two men held up a Bank of Ireland branch just off the N11/Stillorgan Road at around 11.30 this morning.
At least one of the men appeared to be armed.
A number of customers were in the bank at the time but no shots were fired and nobody was injured.
After threatening staff, the men fled with a bag of cash and made their getaway in a car in the direction of Booterstown.
The getaway car was abandoned and set alight and it's believed the two raiders then jumped on a motorbike.
Gardai were quickly on the scene and a high-speed chase ensued.
One of the men was arrested in the Sandymount area while the other is still on the loose.
Investigating officers have been speaking to staff and customers who witnessed the raid and the branch remains sealed off this afternoon.
